an open letter to the National Security Office & Others...........................

June 3, 2015 Wednesday...

Dear Federal National Security Office; State Office of Child& Public welfare; & The Office of United States Senator Robert Casey ;

After the September 11th, 2000 Malay in New York, D.C. & Pennsylvania, I wrote a short e-mail note showing empathy for the terrorist & anger at our country for what I perceived of at the time as North American complicity in fueling the root causes of the circumstances  that participated the 9-11 violence that causes the terrible deaths of seven or so terrorists and about 3,300 North Americans. It was, on my part, a rash, emotional and wrong-headed mistake I made as a young man of 43. Since then I have ALWAYS chosen a path of non-violence& peace. I deeply regret the mistake I made and have spent many months feeling guilty for making such a rash decision.   Since then I have written and sent to opinion leaders a Peace Proposal for the Middle East; worked on creating an atmosphere of understanding and Peace in Philadelphia’s neighborhoods; & helped train a young gentleman on my staff to become a reliable, responsible & productive father to His small children.   Due to the perseverance of the Patriot Act I think I may be being harassed, especially economically for this mistake I made and for another matter I will describe here later. Is there any Way to determine if I have been pigeon-holed into being described as a terrorist, even though my work is peaceful, non-violent and has actually helped many People over the years?
On  another related matter, I was sexually abused when I was a child of about eight.  I know some People who are abused sexually end up abusing others. I never abused another person of child in my entire life.  What I want to know is if the government has trumped- up any charges in this regard and if they have in fact designated or ever designated me as a Public Enemy; a Public Nuisance; A public threat; or a Danger to human life? Have I ever been , through any legal means, listed as a child molester or child abuses on any federal, state or local list? If so I want to challenge this in  the courts systems because I never did anything at all to deserve such a designation.  Over many, many years I have been economically harassed at a cost of several hundred thousand dollars to me as an individual.  I need to know if there is anything that any such designation might have cost me such earning power?  If not it must just be a case of racial discrimination and / or harassment because I am a Black gay man? I would like to get a look into my public record and see what the legal complaints re against me and how they have manifested in legal documentation with the government.
The sexual abuse left scars that it took 30 years of therapy to help heal. Recently I have signed up for a men’s group at the mental health consortium at 5501 Chestnut Street (They also have an anger management group I’m very interested in attending as well.). I have been in the care of Doctor Karen T. Jordan for the last 29 years. Before that I was seeing Doctor Alfred Harkley. (Both of these doctors are psychiatrists. ) I have had to take psychotropic medicine and it has NOT been as easy road for me and my family.  I was seeing Doctor Harkley for about 10 years, as well, before Doctor Jordan.  My psychiatric care is now being changed over to The Mental health Consortium in West Philadelphia.  Any Information you can give me or direct me to find about my psychiatric medical background and how it may have negatively impacted on my career and my dyer financial state would be greatly appreciated.  I can be reached at the following Post Office Box; Phone Number ; or  E-Mail Addresses:

New Updated Resume for Brother Tracy Gibson.....

Resume

Resume Philosophy: I feel that with the job market flooded the way it is, I might as well tell my full story and try to get a JOB that way, as opposed to only giving a brief sketch in my resume, the way the job professionals want one to do.  This Way, if there is something a possible employer doesn't like He or She can just pass me by instead of wasting his or her time and mine with an interview.  Also: the professional JOB finders say to Never, EVER let a potential employer know about your ethnic background.  I find this ridiculous.  Any potential employer who will NOT respect me as a Black man doesn't deserve to even consider getting me as an employee.

LIFE'S JOURNEY

I had the significant and dignified honor of helping care for my elderly Mother, Mrs. Jessie M. Gibson, before she passed.   It took a great deal of coordination, work, dedication, LOVe, endurance, and most of all courage in dealing with a sometimes hostile Health Care System.  I learned a great deal through this process.  My Mother was a fantastic lady who believed strongly in education and helping the less fortunate.  I also learned that to be humane is to honor human life.  Recently I helped tend to my Father's Health Care needs [ Mr. Charles Saint Clair Gibson ] who was 85 when he passed on Hospice Care at home.  Dad helped me to care about people's basic needs while still being frugal and responsible. He taught me about Real Estate and I was a Landlord for 25 years. Presently I am seeking funds to get back into the Real Estate market in Philadelphia before it is too aggressively dominated by big city and big money interests.   My father was a dedicated and concerned Landlord for about 50 years and owned the Saint Clair Apartment House on 46th & Cedar Avenue in West Philadelphia.

PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY ACHIEVEMENTS:

Served as a Block Captain for the 4600 Block of Sansom Street for seven years when I lived on that block. In elementary school [Lea Elementary School at 47th and Walnut Street, in West Philadelphia] I served as a Crossing Guard and a Hall Monitor. [I have always been concerned about people’s safety.]

I am presently implementing a youth employment and empowerment program for my corporation in the neighborhood in which I live and am seeking investors to help with financing and implementation.

I received a Community Service Award from Men of All Colors Together of Philadelphia in April of 2005.

I served on the Board of Directors of the African American Freedom and Reconstruction League for one year [The League was constructed as a result of the positive energy that matriculated from the Million Man March in October of 1996. They develop strategies to advocate for the Black community's inclusion in getting Our fair share of the Economic Pie in North America through creating community initiatives that generate support for the community itself. The League also holds an annual luncheon to respectfully recognize the work our elders are doing to uphold the community and the community’s positive social values.

I also helped found Adodi Philadelphia Inc., and was a leading core member for this support group and support system for Same Gender Loving Black Men.  Adodi has since evolved into a National Organization that holds a National Retreat each year at different locations.  They also hold different constructive meetings and workshops during the year regarding various issues including: family structure; homophobia; & self-esteem issues.

TRAVEL:

I traveled to Cuba, South Africa, Canada, Porto Rico and various points within the United States such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Wash, D.C., Denver, Colorado, and Aspen, Colorado; Columbus, Dayton and Cleveland, Ohio; Miami, Florida; and New York City [mostly Manhattan and Brooklyn] in my continuing journey to learn and grow.

OTHER COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

I have a deep concern for the Black community in which I live and I want to see people of ALL races who have been left out of the process become included in the process towards positive development, a clean environment, sustainability and economic and social equality.  I have written literally hundreds of letters to Civic Leaders, Community Leaders, Political Leaders, entertainers, business People, clergy, government officials, and so forth, in an effort to promote the issues of left out Black youth and disenfranchised people throughout the world; and those who might not be able to advocate for themselves.  Groups I have advocated for include [But are NOT limited to] : The income-challenged or economically disenfranchised; Same Gender Loving people of Color; Black, Latin and other disenfranchised people and youth; the Elderly; Women and Muslim women of color; Black youth; and people of ALL races who have been left out of the process toward political and economic freedom, inclusion, hope and equality..

OVERCOMING ADVERSITY:

I was diagnosed as a person with bipolar illness in 1982 / 1983 and managed to work and / or go to school for about 15 years after that before I went on disability.  I had many ups and downs and was hospitalized, but still managed to do my work consistently, especially after 1999.  I haven't been hospitalized for the last 13 years.  I have worked hard on writing my own books; reading and researching numerous issues; and starting a corporation dedicated to the advancement and reconstruction of Black Youth.  I want to get back in the workforce and I would like to do so, most of all, as a consultant, or as the leader of my own corporation.  I am a hard worker, a dedicated worker and an honest person.  I hope you will take me on as a consultant.  YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

New School for Progressive Black Thought & Black Achievement..

The New School for Progressive Black Thought & Black Achievement

We are formulating to bring a higher level of professionalism and seriousness to the Black student at a younger age.  We already have one inner-city student, Mr. Andre Paulhill, 27, of West Philadelphia—the Father of two small children.  What we are planning and doing right now is helping Him make money while going to school!!  This is what each and every one of our youth and young men and young women in prison should be doing instead of languishing in the detention system and not being productive.  Mr. Paulhill wants to be a barber, but He is getting a well rounded discussion of life lessons & teaching from the Ole head, Brother Tracy Gibson, 58, who has a degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University. But I am also learning in this process as well. Mr. Gibson has also studied at the Money School in Delaware, received a certificate in Personal Finance & a certificate in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania [through a free community-based program with Professor Keith Weigelt]; and is presently studying financial planning through the Healthy, Wealthy & Wise Program at WURD 900 AM Black Talk Radio—The voice of the community with radio host and instructor Keva Sturdevant. Mr. Paulhill has visited a City Council hearing to learn about gas prices and the profits the city of Philadelphia will make through new exploration in other parts of the state such as Western PA; has worked with a trained electrician; has helped feed the Home-Challenged [Homeless], at the Chosen 300 Church Mission on 12th & Spring Garden Street; has helped Mr. Gibson clean the Logan Square Park at 20th & the Parkway right across from the Main Free Public Library; & has talked with His teacher -- Mr. Gibson--  about business, relationships, & even had a vegetarian cooking lesson so He will be equipped to fully take care of Himself and His family.!! Mr. Paulhill will be taking books out of the Free Public Library on & studying about Becoming a Barber and Owning a Barber Shop—His core interests.

We want to expand on this program and are in need of seed money for financing.  We also need meeting space so Mr. Gibson can add more inner-city students to the program and pay them the starting salary of $385.00 every two weeks [they work about 20 hours a week.].!! We are writing the politicians; Opportunities Industrial Centers; the leading area universities like Penn, Drexel, Temple & Community College; the media;  & area ministers, Pastors & Muslim Leaders as well in a quest for funds, professional guidance, assistance & help  to fuel This For-profit business—Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates, Incorporated—an education, research & Philanthropic company which helps structure and financially support the New School for Progressive Black Thought.

It is our plan to train inner-city Black young women and inner-city Black young men to go on to major Black universities to study diplomacy, business, finance, engineering, the arts and sciences, journalism, acting, running and managing the music & movie business, becoming a professional talent agent, or do much better at whatever field the students choose to go into and major in during their college or university stay.

We need your support and it doesn’t matter if it is a small amount of money of some books [see our current & relevant book list], or some office equipment [we need number 60 cartridges, black & color, for HP Desktop f4480 Printer; black ink pens; 100 % recycled computer paper; and other office equipment we can keep in storage until we have a permanent office space. We also need teachers; cash for outreach and paying teachers and students, & for the general running of our programs and systems such as computer repair & business expenses.

If you want to give a cash donation: Please send postal money orders to: Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson; Post Office Box 42878; Philadelphia; PA 19101-2878; or call 1 (215) 921-2065; or write me at BlackExecutive46@GMail.Com. Make all payments out to: Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates, Incorporated  & PLEASE put School Funding in the memo section.  ** ``Minority business set-asides, the program that originated in the 1977 Public Works Employment Act and calls for awarding a portion of government contracts to minority firms, is nearly as contentious. Research suggests that ``efforts to assist minority businesses in obtaining contracts with state, local and government bodies often help to increase minority employment,’’ according to University of Minnesota professor Samuel L. Myers Jr., who studies racial inequality and public policy. But other data show that there are less expensive ways to help minority businesses, including subsidizing   start-up capital—a huge issue for Black businesses—by waving bonding and insurance requirements and reaching out ``to local enterprises in communities with large minority populations.’ Isn’t buying Black a way to do just that—without spending taxpayers money?’’

You assistance and patronage is greatly appreciated.    Please have a great day. This pilot program is an excellent idea for our Black colleges and universities to do. Pay the students and ask our Black communities for the money.  After all, even though we pay taxes, it is our duty to take care of our Black families & youth and create the jobs we need. Aren’t you sick and tired of begging Uncle Sam for money he should have given us decades ago? I KNOW I AM!! DON’T YOU AGREE!!

an important protest suggestion...

if you are sick and tired of now having enough food for your family, I strongly suggest you go to your area supermarket and put all the food you want in the shopping cart. let them ring it up and proceed to tell them you don't have money for food, but this is what you need for your family. take the exact amount of money--the exact number--and pray to your Black ancient ancestors about what you need for your family. meanwhile, please don't support the rip off lottery system that steals our inner visions for hope and decency with cheap never - realized false hope and wishes. I have done this twice and I left the market with my head held high because I knew I had made a statement that would have to be listened to. the more people who do this the better. meanwhile go to the fruit and vegetable stand at 62nd near market and buy some healthy fruits and vegetables from the Back family who own it. you will feel better about yourself. if you can send me $2.00 for these suggestions, please do;

Send your $2.00.. donation to Brother Tracy Gibson; Post Office Box 42878; Philadelphia, Common Wealth of Pennsylvania 19101-2878. Call me if you need more help; suggestions and inspiration during these times we are living in. 1 (215) 921-2065.  Thankx
