The dramatic documented history of the Bloods and the Crips Gangs of Los Angeles, California: how and why they were formed {apparently Black boys were disallowed to join the Boy Scouts and the Cub Scouts, so they formed their own groups. Eventually and unwittingly they became violent when they were harassed by police and curtailed from entering certain ``White'' parts of the city. How they were harassed and or beaten and or shot and arrested by L.A.'s Chief of Police {Chief Parker} and his men is also examined as is how they came to internalize poor self images through constant harassment and racial profiling.
