Dear Friends,

I am a current stock holder of MGM stock. I am sure I have seen the famous Lion growl over  3000 times as I have enjoyed movies promoted & distributed by you for over 53 years. I am taking this time to politely request more Black faces, Black actors, Black producers, Black Executive Producers [ such as Denzel Washington], & other Black professionals be hired in the entire general filmmaking industry & that you consider many of the best Black films being produced in Nigeria by Black filmmakers for major distribution internationally.

There is a real need for a broader distribution of Black films of great diversity – professionally mastered --  to be released to more Black audiences in countries like Angola, Brazil, Mozambique & Cuba.

If there is anything at all my company can do [ such as advertising concept help, public relations, plot and story line development, help in writing scripts, or even catering suggestions ] please let me know. I am sure I can work with you on many subjects.  I know for sure there is an excellent market for excellent Black films or films with mostly Blacks casts and crews.

I plan to buy more MGM stock, not only an ambitious wedge to leverage work & influence with your global corporation, but to feel Spiritually a part of what you are doing every time I go to the movies and see that lion roar.  Your corporation is obviously quite adapted  to film distribution and film promotion On a massive scale, as anyone can see from your history ad record.  I am growing to find the field incredibly interesting  as audience preferences change and the impact of technologies are felt.

My Uncle Kenneth Gibson, a now deceased Philadelphia police officer, used to come by my house from time to time & give our whole family information and knowledge about the stock market.  [ By the Way I made $140.48 on the market in June, 2018. Something I am very proud of considering I only have about $1,000.00 invested at the age of 61.] My father’s brother, Uncle Ken ``dripped’’ the information on us for over 40 years. It took until I was 60 for me to finally buy my first stock. [ I sometimes wonder where I would be financially if I had bought stock at 25 like I now suggest Black youth do today & had listened to my Uncle Ken earlier.

It is my hope that you hire more Black film professionals for your entire film development process & that you will inform me of any executive opportunities that arise in your corporation.  [ I would LOVe to go to Black youth meetings and tell Black youth the advantages of buying stock in your companies, for example.].

Also, for example, there are some terrific locations here in Philadelphia for making films. I have lived here in Philadelphia for nearly 47 years of my 61 years & I simply LOVe it here and know the city well.

I have been in touch with Mr. Denzel Washington’s assistant & have sent him several film story ideas and suggestions. I have not heard from him as yet.   His name is Mr. Frank Sanchez and e can be reached at this number [*** - *** - ****].

I thank you in advance for any ideas, opportunities & suggestions you may have.

Gratefully True,

Tracy Charles Gibson
