I Am Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson. I am a long-time activist & organizer for fairness, equality, justice, the Rights of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals & Transgendered People, economic equality, positive Youth issues -- & Native American Rights. I Am also deeply concerned with World Peace issues, Women's Rights, Workers Rights & the Rights of marginalized People, marginalized communities and marginalized countries.
Turtle Island is what Native American People call the United States. This is their homeland. This is an un-refuted fact. Many Native Americans have African blood & lineage & vice Versa. I know about the book & the body of research that proves Africans were in the Americas before Native American People. I know for sure Native Americans were the ones who met Columbus and the Dutch when they came here. It was the Native Americans who taught them how to survive and till and benefit from crops and livestock. I know about the book & body of evidence stating that Africans were here before Native People, but I have yet to thoroughly study this body of work & evidence. I not only plan to, I promise I will & I promise to take that cause -- Africans as first or Native North Americans -- up with the New Native American body that truly represents North Americans with fairness, inclusion, true wealth, sharing, a stable government that is respected & honored All over the World, & true & democratic principals that stand the test of time, leave a whole & decent Planet for our children & grand children, & resolves conflicts through Reasonable, well-thought-out negotiation -- not hurtfulness.
Neither Major Party -- Republicans nor Democrats -- have any real evidence of actually helping resolve permanently issues like racial discrimination, poverty, hopelessness, fairness, over taxation, education, agriculture, Pollution, gentrification, over exploitation, & a lack of fair opportunity.
This is why I am demanding that Black People take 60 % of their tax bill & send it to the Native American Rights Fund at 1506 Boulder, Colorado 80302 - 6296 & send a letter to the Internal Revenue Service saying we are doing this because:
$300 Million Dollars is well enough money for any one person to have control over or ownership of.
The Following People are NOT a part of Turtle Island:
1] Those making more than $100 Million Dollars a year with a Net Worth of over $300 Million Dollars.
2] Those who out - N - out consider themselves racists.
3] Those who think & feel it is OK to keep Native Americans on sparkly - populated, arid, reservations with little chance of opportunities for work, education, self-preservation, family & Tribe Pride, good nutrition, a pollution-free environment, clean air & clean water, good paying jobs, & Tribe resiliency & Tribe decency.
4] Those who own major tax-exempt corporations who pay line workers or low-level workers less
than $21.00 an hour & have traceable or non-traceable Net Values of over $300 Million Dollars.
5] Those who want to destroy Turtle Island for Whatever reason. They are not welcome in Turtle Island.
6] Those whose purpose is to maintain traditional White-run Capitalism & traditional White Supremacy.
7] Those who refuse treatment for illegal drug use, excessive alcohol abuse, spousal abuse, gambling, mental illness { knowingly & willingly reject free treatment with skilled & qualified professionals } , are openly physically hurtful to others & have not sought treatment, & those who are not at least reading books to move towards self-treatment for these & other such maladies or additions.
8] All those who have a consistent record of hurting children, have been convicted of hurting children or a admitted, open child abuser or admitted child molester & have not been or are not willing to seek extensive, systematic treatment.
[ All 8 of these exit rules must be gone over by & approval by the Native American Rights Fund ; American Indian Business Leaders ( AIBL ) ; American Indian College Fund (AICF ) ; American Indian Higher Education Consortium ( AIHEC ) ; American Indian Policy Center ( AIPC ) ; Association of American Indian Affairs ( AAIA ) ; Indian Country Media Network ( ICMN ) ; National Alaska Native American Indian Nurses Association ( NANAINA ) ; National Indian Child Care Association ( NICCA ) ; and the National Indian Counsel on Aging ( NICOA ).

about the film & entertainment business and YOU
Have you ever heard the song from Rolling Stone that goes
like this:
``You can’t always get what you
want.
You can’t always get what you
want.
But if you try sometimes, you
just might find.
You get what you need.’’
These are the words
from the Rolling Stones, who made hundreds of dollars touring such songs
through their live act -- Cost to cost and around the world.
Now can anyone of you
great people, who follow me or who are fearful for some reason of calling me,
tell me why the Rolling Stones wants us to settle for getting a few things we
need instead of what we really want, which might cost a great deal more ?
Since when do they -- the rolling stones -- NOT
GET WHAT T-H-E-Y WANT? There is plenty of wealth to go
around for everyone in this great country of ours --
Turtle Island. Including the left out, the forgotten and the never
minded, who never get anything at all, but a hard way to go and a true feeling
of being exploited.
Just asking.
I don’t think very
much that people of supposed wealth like the Rolling Stones want, that they don’t
get.
Is anyone hearing me?
I think they get
pretty much what they want AND need. Us
little people are supposed to sit around
and dream and do
without. Some of us resort to stealing
things and end up going to jail and ending up sometimes effectively blocked out
of the employment cycle and blocked out of the pay cycle and blocked out of the
money cycle just because they wanted to have food for the table and a nice
table cloth and some clothing for their children’s feet, so they stole from Kay
Mart or Wall Greens. NoT fair is
it? Tell me what you think. Call me at 1
{ 215 } 823 – 9985. And leave your opinions. You can leave them anonymously or
with your name and phone number or without your phone number. No harm will come
to you for having an opinion.
This is why I walked
out on a recent movie ``Widows’’
because I saw more ethical values in the
White male criminal character who was dead at the beginning of the film than I
saw in any of the Black characters through the first 45 minutes of the film. I
walked out in discuss. I should have asked for my money back. Next time I will,
if there is a next time.
``Hunter Killer,’’ was an
excellent film with Common in it along with some other stars. It was actually a
military Peace movie. Unfortunately it was gone from the theaters before I got
a chance to tell my friends that it was at the movies & worth seeing.

to my students, an open letter to kevin hart
An
Open Letter To Kevin Hart:
Dear Kevin: You
didn’t have to apologize for any remarks about Gay and Lesbian People, just
like I should NOT have to apologize about anything I ever said about nasty,
lazy White Corporate executives who make millions off the backs of BLACK workers
making $7.05 an hour {Believe me I was one a few months ago } and then the
executives make like $25,000,000.00 a year and they wonder why their companies
just ain’t working right and have no ethical backbone to lead our New World.
Those executives should only be making about $900,000.00 a year, not
twenty-five million dollars a year. And
the workers need to be making a living wage f at least $25.00 an hour. Thank
you Bernie Sanders!
Kevin, you have
an opinion about the Gay community. What
you said I would not have said, but I defend your rights to say things like
that as a comic and as a public citizen of the United States or Turtle Island,
which ever NATION you prefer to be part of.
What you said was
hurtful to me as a Gay person, { and as your GOD }, but you also recently said
you were evolving. As your GOD, I can’t really ask for anything much more than
that. { Well, you can write me a check for
my youth program and for the evolution of my corporation, if you want, but I
cannot make any promises for any givebacks to you unless we make an agreement
on some things. It has to be totally
above board, ethical & legal for me, a fellow Philadelphian. I know for
sure, that you would want the same for yourself as well.}.
I think the
recent movie you did ``Night
School’’ was pretty good for
teaching our Black youth especially to stay in school and try over and over
again to get that certificate or degree because not having it might follow you
for the rest of your life. This is
commendable.
But more
important, how dare the Motion Picture academy dismiss someone for making allegedly
anti-Gay remarks, when I know for a fact that some of the behaviors of Gay
people AND straight people are way outside the bounds of anything decent or
GODly. I personally think Gay people
were brought here to earth to slow the rate of population increase, and help us
all – especially White males – How to LOVe and tolerate other types of people
besides those who act and think and
behave like we would like them to.
Moses was a
murder and even Jesus had a fit of anger at the money-changers. No one is perfect because perfection is
fleeting and is different for each and every human being. Not everyone believes in GOD. Does that make
GOD imperfect? The Awakening of Black
people will bring GOD back to us in just the formation that the universe wants.
I have written
articles critical about Black Gay & Black Lesbian people because I see all
the parties at the hotels during Black Gay Pride, but I don’t see any of the
hotels owned by Black Gay & Black Lesbian people. I also don’t see as many serious workshops at
the Black Gay Pride events and I need to see more seriousness about sexual
interplay and the use of condoms. Sex is
a holy act if you have evolved properly, no matter if you are straight or
Gay. Sex is nothing for any person to be
ashamed of or to hide away from their parents or their relatives. When we feel
comfortable with ourselves just the Way we are, and don’t feel pressures to put
on social graces or act in a certain way due to social pressures, peer
pressures, etc., we move towards being a whole person. GOD LOVes us as we move towards being a whole
person, and even also as we are evolving.
I don’t want you,
Kevin, to react with anger or resentment if you have a Gay or Lesbian child.
Embrace Him or Her and don’t disown Him or Her.
We have a homeless problem in Philadelphia because Black families are
literally throwing their Gay and Lesbian children out of the house. This is NOT commendable, it is a crime
against humanity. I hope you will never
do that.
Have you ever
thought about How little difference there is between what straight people and
Gay people do in their bedrooms? This is
what the haters don’t want us to realize.
Hay, wait a minute. I should be giving this brother Kevin Hart a hug,
not kicking his behind. He helped open
up a discussion that needs to happen.
Thank you Kevin Hart!

In the Skin You R in -- Not for White People ONLY!
**White People feel guilty uncomfortable in the skin handed down to them by their ancestors &all we do is make them feel more guilty & uncomfortable. I think there is something more we can do like build up our communities & help ourselves through the private sector instead of through government. Thought Ronald Reagan was full of S***? This is why I want the Republicans to legitimize themselves by being less racist and opening up markets and opportunities to ALL people, not just White ones, but Black, Latin & Asian and East Indian, African -- all people of every religion -- & Native people. ** Black people, do we LOVe ourselves, or do we plot against those among us trying to pull themselves up even while reaching back to help us as well?
How to Successfully Run a Black Business Correctly
How to Run a Successful Black Business Correctly
1} The first rule of thumb is DO NOT GIVE THE HOOK UP! Do not allow ANY of your customers to take advantage of you by giving them unwarranted price breaks. This cuts deeply into your bottom line and hurts you in running your company or store properly. You won't be able to buy the wholesale products you need to buy and you won't be able to hire the staff you need when you give customers unwarranted price breaks on items that another customer is perfectly willing to pay full price for. We are about stabilizing BLACK communities, not giving out unwarranted handouts.
2} Don't hire unqualified friends who are usually in the business of doing little work for even more favors. Hire qualified people through ads in Black newspapers or trusted internet sites. [ Call you area library to ask what those sites are.]
3} Don't give up. Save a little money each month towards your business so you get the things you need to ``go professional'' as soon as possible. Be ready to wait and work. It has taken me 37 years to get my business to where it is today. I must not be a Jewish Wiz Kid who has all the answers and makes a Billion Bucks in the first three years. This has NOT been my experience. Be patient, have good business manners and good business sense. Be willing to go the extra mile for a customer. For example, I have a pharmacy who knows I rarely have cash on hand to pay for my prescriptions right away. He lets me pay when I get the $ { MONEY }. This allows me to be a trusted and loyal customer. The Big Name pharmacies won't do this, so I don't go there.
4} Be ready to pull all-nighters when you have to. I recently had to get a mailing out so I stayed up all night -- & I mean all night when I say all night -- to get the mailing in the mail the next day or when I had $ { MONEY } to mail it. I was perfectly able to take a nap the next day, so I caught up on sleep and was fine. The mailing brought me all kinds of residual assistance in moving my businesses forward and allowed me to see more clearly who my friends are & who is just playin around with my time & efforts. Clearly a good expenditure of time & { MONEY }.
5} Look for high-quality bargains from Black distributors... When a Black store or wholesalers ``does you wrong'' feel free to ask other Black stores or Black corporations if they know them & if they have had a similar problem. Warn the Black business that they may well lose your business if they don't make the desired positive changes you will write them IN WRITING, if you feel this is necessary. Keep a list of Black businesses that you like & find trustworthy, well run, polite, clean & responsible.
6} If you don't have a business degree, look around and call around for classes at the Free Library, the area universities, and other places like community centers or Black churches. Not everyone has a fancy degree from Wharton School. { By the Way call the Wharton School if you live in Philadelphia, & ask if they are planning any more free community classes on entrepreneurship and or personal finance. I attended such classes & found them very helpful for getting me to this good point with my businesses.
7} Have the right attitude. If you don't feel great about what you are selling & how you are selling it, why would anyone with a lick of sense want to buy anything from you? I always say you need much more than a willingness to work & a good product or great service to run a successful Black company. Are you only out for money? People can see through this & are less willing to buy from you or use your services. I have never been a great salesman, but I LOVe { MONEY }. GOD knows, however, that I LOVe People even more! I think this will pay off in the long run. I know when I get ``up & running'' that I will be able to hire good people at a good rate. At this point I really LOVe what I do, so I am not ``selling with drudgery'' everyday.
8} Be willing to pay good salaries. Don't be what some Black people call ``an oppressor.'' Paying good wages allows people to have money to buy your products and / or your services . When I worked at Macy's in New York, [ Harold Square ] I used to spend one half of my paycheck at Macy's because I LOVed the job so much -- and I wasn't even making $20.00 an hour. I was making just above minimum wage or so. But I simply LOVed my job because I was pretty young and rather stupid. { I should have been buying stocks and bonds way back then like my Uncle Ken -- a police officer at the time-- told me}.
9} Always look your best and make sure your store looks its best. Always have the right attitude. This may take some effort, but it is worth the effort. When you look great, you usually feel great and that rubs off on your customers, supporters, financial investors, & employees. If you are an ole fuddy dutty type who only LOVes { money } , like I was before 37 years of therapy, self-study, life & just talking things out with friends & family, maybe you should NOT be in business & should sell your business right away.
10} Get plenty of exercise & face the music. If there is a bill in the mail you don't want to face or something you have to do for your business that is difficult or hard to do, get it done right away and get over it. Successful Black business people are great at dealing with reality. The exercise is to help keep you in top shape for a long day of work. Even if you have diversified duties, getting plenty of rest is always a great idea also. You will feel more energetic, open minded, think clearer, & be ready for a full day of work & more able to interact with staff more positively. Exercise also helps you control your stress level & feel more comfortable in your skin as well as be more easy-going, calm and collected.

Business Idea Fostering Support
Never You Worry 2nd 3535 *
November 5th, 2018 November
16th, 2018 Friday
From: Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson of
West Philadelphia…
An Open Letter to My Brother N’ Law:
Doctor Keith Hunter
Generally
speaking, there are reasons why people do the things they do. Generally
speaking, these things go below the surface of existence as do the reasons for
people doing them.
There are some
things I have wanted to talk with you about, but I never find the opportunity
to do so. Time grows short & I am making the opportunity here & now.
I am a
homosexual. I have seen about 30 of my brothers die from causes I won’t
mention. This is an important health issue. I have lived & maintained a
fairly good health. I thank you in part for this. I think you have had some
secret Way [ 2000 Seasons ] of helping me. I also think GOD Almighty Jesus, Our
Creator & other positive forces in our universe have kept me alive so my
work can go forward.
This may no
longer be possible, I hope & Pray I Am wrong, but I must ask for funding
for some of the things I need funding for before I end up in a ditch somewhere.
No, I’m not kidding. I know full well you have certain priorities financially.
I am not really expecting funding from you personally. I know things will
happen when you read this. Things that will help me significantly. [ Man Child
& the Promised Land ]. When your eyes read this -- things will happen that
I have been waiting for, for several hundred years. [ Makes Me Wanna Holler. ].
The survival
of Black men has become something I am deeply concerned with. Not just our
survival, but our right to flourish, & have a great life regardless of our
personal lives.
I don’t need
to tell you about some of the excessive behaviors going in in Atlanta. Not
coincidently home of the CDC [ Center for Disease Control ]. Prostitution,
child molestation, rape & other outlandish sexual activities that need
desperately to be further understood and brought into the realm of common sense
& decency.
I am not
satisfied that our sexually active homosexual Black men should just take PrEP
& just ``do what they want,’’ like a Jewish female leader of a local
health agency said a few years ago. This is not acceptable. Neither, to
me, is some of the unhealthy behavior some of our men engage in that spills
over into the larger Black community. I don’t need a check from you although I
would like one. What I need is for you to read this. I am sending you a copy of
this letter registered because it is that important [ page 76 of Man Child
& the Promised Land & Page 46 of If Beal Street Could Talk. ]. By the
Way [ 2000 Seasons ] I am not expecting You to read the books mentioned
or any particular page of the books mentioned. By the Way, I should have said
George Washington Carver was a Black homosexual when you mentioned Him, but I
was not sure. I believe He is. I guess I was a bit fearful of mentioning
this.
Back on point.
I want to open a chain of stores called Socks N’ Jocks& be a generously
paid consultant for the stores. A description of the store’s concept is
below:
• Socks and Jocks – a
for-profit store aimed at providing the sale of men’s under ware, jocks straps,
socks and Tee-Shirts in a festive, up-beat atmosphere where condoms and
safe-sex information is also freely available. Ole disco music and newer and
older Rap Music will be used to help create a LIVe and Youth-centered atmosphere,
and we want our customers to feel at home, but tuned for a peaceful good time
as well. I would like to see the stores in 25 cities. We are a subsidiary of
Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates, Incorporated. This is not a ``Gay
store’’ or a men’s store only. It will be open to women, girlfriends,
boyfriends, lesbians, transpeople, wives, and the general over-20-years-of-age
community. It is past time to get past being squeamish about sex and sexual
issues due to the numbers of men coming out of institutions who might be in
need of such stores to help curb STD’s and HIV in our Black communities. A
percentage of profits will be channeled into educational scholarship programs
for Black youth who want to attend Black colleges. Establishing funding
from private sources will help create a level of professionalism,
accountability, public disclosure, decorum, and decency for tour companies that
is sometimes lacking in some of our Black businesses and Black corporate
efforts to date.
XXXXX
I think these
stores can save lives & impact in a great Way on our community. This is one
thing I want funding for. Frankly, I would just like to be a part owner &
get a consulting fee. I am really not qualified, nor do I have the time,
patience & skills to run it on a day-to-day basis. I am expecting to have
to hire over 300 employees at a great rate of $17.00 an hour. Managers will get
more. Security guards, sales associates, Etc.
I thank you for reading about this idea. I have already started looking
at underwear for men on line and on You Tube and have some great ideas. I want you o send this out to a few of your
friends. I am sending it to Michael Jordan; Thespian Denzel Washington; Spike Lee; Black
Enterprise; the Black Radical Lawyers Association; Black Wall Street; the Bob Marley Foundation; & the Walter
Rodney Foundation. You will be blessed
with any suggestions you want to share. I am humbled by your good humor and
continued friendship.
Gratefully True,
Peace & Blessings,
Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson,
Founder & CEO of
Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates,
Incorporated// 1 {215 } 823 – 9985
a message to adults about their children
This is a message to all adults the world over.
I don’t ever, ever want to hear about or read about a child -- ages O to 27
-- being struck, hit or hurt in
any way by an adult. And you had better think twice about cursing at them as
well. And you children, I am asking, that you listen & behave & do what
your parents & guardians want you to do & ask you to do, so help me
GOD.
Signed, Sealed & Delivered
Gratefully True
Peace & Blessings
GOD Almighty,
Tracy Charles Gibson
