In the Skin You R in -- Not for White People ONLY!
**White People feel guilty uncomfortable in the skin handed down to them by their ancestors &all we do is make them feel more guilty & uncomfortable. I think there is something more we can do like build up our communities & help ourselves through the private sector instead of through government. Thought Ronald Reagan was full of S***? This is why I want the Republicans to legitimize themselves by being less racist and opening up markets and opportunities to ALL people, not just White ones, but Black, Latin & Asian and East Indian, African -- all people of every religion -- & Native people. ** Black people, do we LOVe ourselves, or do we plot against those among us trying to pull themselves up even while reaching back to help us as well?
How to Successfully Run a Black Business Correctly
How to Run a Successful Black Business Correctly
1} The first rule of thumb is DO NOT GIVE THE HOOK UP! Do not allow ANY of your customers to take advantage of you by giving them unwarranted price breaks. This cuts deeply into your bottom line and hurts you in running your company or store properly. You won't be able to buy the wholesale products you need to buy and you won't be able to hire the staff you need when you give customers unwarranted price breaks on items that another customer is perfectly willing to pay full price for. We are about stabilizing BLACK communities, not giving out unwarranted handouts.
2} Don't hire unqualified friends who are usually in the business of doing little work for even more favors. Hire qualified people through ads in Black newspapers or trusted internet sites. [ Call you area library to ask what those sites are.]
3} Don't give up. Save a little money each month towards your business so you get the things you need to ``go professional'' as soon as possible. Be ready to wait and work. It has taken me 37 years to get my business to where it is today. I must not be a Jewish Wiz Kid who has all the answers and makes a Billion Bucks in the first three years. This has NOT been my experience. Be patient, have good business manners and good business sense. Be willing to go the extra mile for a customer. For example, I have a pharmacy who knows I rarely have cash on hand to pay for my prescriptions right away. He lets me pay when I get the $ { MONEY }. This allows me to be a trusted and loyal customer. The Big Name pharmacies won't do this, so I don't go there.
4} Be ready to pull all-nighters when you have to. I recently had to get a mailing out so I stayed up all night -- & I mean all night when I say all night -- to get the mailing in the mail the next day or when I had $ { MONEY } to mail it. I was perfectly able to take a nap the next day, so I caught up on sleep and was fine. The mailing brought me all kinds of residual assistance in moving my businesses forward and allowed me to see more clearly who my friends are & who is just playin around with my time & efforts. Clearly a good expenditure of time & { MONEY }.
5} Look for high-quality bargains from Black distributors... When a Black store or wholesalers ``does you wrong'' feel free to ask other Black stores or Black corporations if they know them & if they have had a similar problem. Warn the Black business that they may well lose your business if they don't make the desired positive changes you will write them IN WRITING, if you feel this is necessary. Keep a list of Black businesses that you like & find trustworthy, well run, polite, clean & responsible.
6} If you don't have a business degree, look around and call around for classes at the Free Library, the area universities, and other places like community centers or Black churches. Not everyone has a fancy degree from Wharton School. { By the Way call the Wharton School if you live in Philadelphia, & ask if they are planning any more free community classes on entrepreneurship and or personal finance. I attended such classes & found them very helpful for getting me to this good point with my businesses.
7} Have the right attitude. If you don't feel great about what you are selling & how you are selling it, why would anyone with a lick of sense want to buy anything from you? I always say you need much more than a willingness to work & a good product or great service to run a successful Black company. Are you only out for money? People can see through this & are less willing to buy from you or use your services. I have never been a great salesman, but I LOVe { MONEY }. GOD knows, however, that I LOVe People even more! I think this will pay off in the long run. I know when I get ``up & running'' that I will be able to hire good people at a good rate. At this point I really LOVe what I do, so I am not ``selling with drudgery'' everyday.
8} Be willing to pay good salaries. Don't be what some Black people call ``an oppressor.'' Paying good wages allows people to have money to buy your products and / or your services . When I worked at Macy's in New York, [ Harold Square ] I used to spend one half of my paycheck at Macy's because I LOVed the job so much -- and I wasn't even making $20.00 an hour. I was making just above minimum wage or so. But I simply LOVed my job because I was pretty young and rather stupid. { I should have been buying stocks and bonds way back then like my Uncle Ken -- a police officer at the time-- told me}.
9} Always look your best and make sure your store looks its best. Always have the right attitude. This may take some effort, but it is worth the effort. When you look great, you usually feel great and that rubs off on your customers, supporters, financial investors, & employees. If you are an ole fuddy dutty type who only LOVes { money } , like I was before 37 years of therapy, self-study, life & just talking things out with friends & family, maybe you should NOT be in business & should sell your business right away.
10} Get plenty of exercise & face the music. If there is a bill in the mail you don't want to face or something you have to do for your business that is difficult or hard to do, get it done right away and get over it. Successful Black business people are great at dealing with reality. The exercise is to help keep you in top shape for a long day of work. Even if you have diversified duties, getting plenty of rest is always a great idea also. You will feel more energetic, open minded, think clearer, & be ready for a full day of work & more able to interact with staff more positively. Exercise also helps you control your stress level & feel more comfortable in your skin as well as be more easy-going, calm and collected.

Business Idea Fostering Support
Never You Worry 2nd 3535 *
November 5th, 2018 November
16th, 2018 Friday
From: Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson of
West Philadelphia…
An Open Letter to My Brother N’ Law:
Doctor Keith Hunter
Generally
speaking, there are reasons why people do the things they do. Generally
speaking, these things go below the surface of existence as do the reasons for
people doing them.
There are some
things I have wanted to talk with you about, but I never find the opportunity
to do so. Time grows short & I am making the opportunity here & now.
I am a
homosexual. I have seen about 30 of my brothers die from causes I won’t
mention. This is an important health issue. I have lived & maintained a
fairly good health. I thank you in part for this. I think you have had some
secret Way [ 2000 Seasons ] of helping me. I also think GOD Almighty Jesus, Our
Creator & other positive forces in our universe have kept me alive so my
work can go forward.
This may no
longer be possible, I hope & Pray I Am wrong, but I must ask for funding
for some of the things I need funding for before I end up in a ditch somewhere.
No, I’m not kidding. I know full well you have certain priorities financially.
I am not really expecting funding from you personally. I know things will
happen when you read this. Things that will help me significantly. [ Man Child
& the Promised Land ]. When your eyes read this -- things will happen that
I have been waiting for, for several hundred years. [ Makes Me Wanna Holler. ].
The survival
of Black men has become something I am deeply concerned with. Not just our
survival, but our right to flourish, & have a great life regardless of our
personal lives.
I don’t need
to tell you about some of the excessive behaviors going in in Atlanta. Not
coincidently home of the CDC [ Center for Disease Control ]. Prostitution,
child molestation, rape & other outlandish sexual activities that need
desperately to be further understood and brought into the realm of common sense
& decency.
I am not
satisfied that our sexually active homosexual Black men should just take PrEP
& just ``do what they want,’’ like a Jewish female leader of a local
health agency said a few years ago. This is not acceptable. Neither, to
me, is some of the unhealthy behavior some of our men engage in that spills
over into the larger Black community. I don’t need a check from you although I
would like one. What I need is for you to read this. I am sending you a copy of
this letter registered because it is that important [ page 76 of Man Child
& the Promised Land & Page 46 of If Beal Street Could Talk. ]. By the
Way [ 2000 Seasons ] I am not expecting You to read the books mentioned
or any particular page of the books mentioned. By the Way, I should have said
George Washington Carver was a Black homosexual when you mentioned Him, but I
was not sure. I believe He is. I guess I was a bit fearful of mentioning
this.
Back on point.
I want to open a chain of stores called Socks N’ Jocks& be a generously
paid consultant for the stores. A description of the store’s concept is
below:
• Socks and Jocks – a
for-profit store aimed at providing the sale of men’s under ware, jocks straps,
socks and Tee-Shirts in a festive, up-beat atmosphere where condoms and
safe-sex information is also freely available. Ole disco music and newer and
older Rap Music will be used to help create a LIVe and Youth-centered atmosphere,
and we want our customers to feel at home, but tuned for a peaceful good time
as well. I would like to see the stores in 25 cities. We are a subsidiary of
Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates, Incorporated. This is not a ``Gay
store’’ or a men’s store only. It will be open to women, girlfriends,
boyfriends, lesbians, transpeople, wives, and the general over-20-years-of-age
community. It is past time to get past being squeamish about sex and sexual
issues due to the numbers of men coming out of institutions who might be in
need of such stores to help curb STD’s and HIV in our Black communities. A
percentage of profits will be channeled into educational scholarship programs
for Black youth who want to attend Black colleges. Establishing funding
from private sources will help create a level of professionalism,
accountability, public disclosure, decorum, and decency for tour companies that
is sometimes lacking in some of our Black businesses and Black corporate
efforts to date.
XXXXX
I think these
stores can save lives & impact in a great Way on our community. This is one
thing I want funding for. Frankly, I would just like to be a part owner &
get a consulting fee. I am really not qualified, nor do I have the time,
patience & skills to run it on a day-to-day basis. I am expecting to have
to hire over 300 employees at a great rate of $17.00 an hour. Managers will get
more. Security guards, sales associates, Etc.
I thank you for reading about this idea. I have already started looking
at underwear for men on line and on You Tube and have some great ideas. I want you o send this out to a few of your
friends. I am sending it to Michael Jordan; Thespian Denzel Washington; Spike Lee; Black
Enterprise; the Black Radical Lawyers Association; Black Wall Street; the Bob Marley Foundation; & the Walter
Rodney Foundation. You will be blessed
with any suggestions you want to share. I am humbled by your good humor and
continued friendship.
Gratefully True,
Peace & Blessings,

a message to adults about their children
This is a message to all adults the world over.
I don’t ever, ever want to hear about or read about a child -- ages O to 27
-- being struck, hit or hurt in
any way by an adult. And you had better think twice about cursing at them as
well. And you children, I am asking, that you listen & behave & do what
your parents & guardians want you to do & ask you to do, so help me
GOD.
Signed, Sealed & Delivered
Gratefully True
Peace & Blessings
GOD Almighty,
Tracy Charles Gibson

Denise McNair & Carole Robertson.
Above are the four Little Girls
killed in the 16th Street Baptist Church during the 1960’s Civil
Rights movement.
4- Little Girls to be remembered at ½
a floor at 18th & Vine Street the ole Family Court Building. The
rest of the four-story building is to be utilized as a Black Inventor’s Museum.
The following people – mentioned below
-- have agreed to help pay for
the renovations, grand-opening reception, invitations to the public,
invitations to others, food for the opening reception, media promotions, office
furniture, special display cases, and special exhibits, etc.… . I spoke to some
Black librarians [ three ] and two of them felt the idea was sound & more
acceptable than having another white-owned hotel at that location. One also said to have enough money to keep
the location maintained properly, with full staffing and a curator. I,
personally, would also like there to be a full cafeteria [ with plenty of
healthy food and drink choices for the attending public & employees] ,
plenty of well-cleaned & well-attended restrooms, a coat check location, &
space for offices for museum-related work and administrators, office workers,
clerks, etc.

Conspiracy to stop Black Progress. We should all -- as BLACK PEOPLE -- have a great deal more than we do have.
How are Samuel L. Jackson, Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Michael Jordan, magic Johnson & Morgan Freeman impeding the progress of Black People in Hollywood, in the movies, and in Big Business? I need answers and will do the research.
2 Corporate Assistants Needed
Ad for 2 Corporate Assistants
Flourishing Black Progressive corporation needs two employees to work on various projects. Must be serious-minded and able to keep information close to your chest and in-house. You will need your own location, computer, internet accessibility and office space while we plan our financing and structure. This is a serious offer and will lead to a job in the near future (We are planning to be up and running in two days.). We are a firm dedicated to the economic survival of the Black community and want to see Black People flourish and succeed. You must be energetic, ambitious, willing to work for a time as a paid volunteer, and you must be serious-minded about the positive & bountiful future of our entire race. This application and opportunity is open to all races. We work on international, state-wide, and local issues that impact on the Black community in a political, social and economic manner. We are a Gay & Lesbian friendly corporation, but we advocate for mostly Black People who are down trodden, left out, or who need direction in turning their lives around and navigating our North American (United States of Native America or Turtle Island) processes. As we have received funding we are able to give you funds for bus fair, printing cost & lunch. If you do this work for a year or two, you will find yourself being college ready, geared up to learn, focused, dedicated &directed to take on sometimes controversial projects, but they are always well thought out and aimed at really helping Black youth and the rest of our Black community. You do not need a college degree to apply & your age or race is not a factor. Writing skills are a must as are skills in organizing, business management, sales, corporate structure, marketing, Public Relations, journalism, philanthropy, public speaking, and a caring and open heart for young Black People of all income levels who especially need our help. This is a golden opportunity to work for a corporation that is taking off after working to get here for almost 13 years. We are not Johnny-Come-Lately to the Black youth issue. (We were incorporated in December of 2006, but started research & development long before that.). If you already have a job in the corporate sector, this work may not be for you, as you will have access to volatile, internal corporate documents that need to be kept internal , secure & confidential. If you send me a resume and cover letter, I will send you via e-mail our Success Mission and a short history of our Founder & President, Brother Tracy Gibson, who has experience working for a national magazine and a local (Philadelphia) Black newspaper. (and who is disabled, & still a major active leader and organizer. Call 1 215 823 9985 or write BrotherTracy11@GMail.Com
for more details or just send in your resume and cover letter. Make sure you put ``responding to request for employees'’ in the subject line and be careful not to allow typos into your documents. If you would rather write us through regular mail, write to:
