The End Racial Profiling Act.... Inspired by What Happend to our Young Hero Can You tell me WHO!!!
TO DO: Send a letter to Senator Ben Cardin {D-MD}; and Representative John COnyers { {D-Mich} HR 3618 and S 1670.... There WILL be an article on this very soon.
LaBron James...It Amazes Me...
It Amazes Me how people like LaBron, who has two beautiful sons [LeBron Jr. [Seven] and 5-year-old Bryce Maximus] can give less than 5 % of their incomes [I have to do the checking on this, so don't put this in concrete as yet]; and go about His business conquering more money territory as a Capitalist and winning more games for the Cleveland Calvaleers and think everything is OK when His extended family--that would be US, is in such extreme need and crisis.
The Black wealthy, the Black athletes and the successful Black movie stars and wealthy Black business People, HAVE to take on some of the burden and responsibility to see forth with, that OUR communities are more stable, responsible and moving foreward. Their own economic viability as Black athletes and Black movie stars depends partly on having a stable Black community to draw from economically. This is not rocket science. We can't just rely on the state with its' wavering political base and finger-to-the-wind politicins in charge to help our community start a real and lasting economic healing process that will be able to give our children the proper schooling they need and make our homes free of illegal drugs and other excesses. We need funds from our Black rich people to help us do these things.
I did a bit of research and discovered that LeBron has supported some charities including: After-School All Stars; Boys and Girls Clubs of America; Children's Defense Fund; and OneXOne. He is obviously concerned about our youth and young people. {I guess this would make sense because He [LeBron] is also a Father and a husband.} Now I have to do the research to see just how much He takes away from the typical extravagant lifestyle of most Black extremely wealthly people like LeBron and gives back. I am not picking on LeBron, but just doing research and making a Test Case. I basically like LeBron, but I want to see the best for our Black Young men and BlackYoung women and our Black children--having been abused as a child myself and suffered greatly due to this.

REPARATIONS: HOW TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WILL GET.....
You need to take a hard look at how much money you feel you were ripped off for since you were perhaps 21 years of age. Use any and all documentation you have including mortgages that you were approved for and then lost the house under foreclosure because you couldn't pay the mortgage and for what ever other loans you may have gotten that you know you could not afford, but were still responsible for; ponzzie schemes; rips-offs--even at the hands of other Black or Latin people; were you ever robbed; did you pay for insurance that never paid off; did you ever buy a CD that turned out to be lousy; did you ever buy a lemon; did you ever think you had more in your savings account or bank account than ended up being there in reality; did a so-called friend ever forget to pay you back for a loan.
I am going to show you how I figured out my own REPARATIONS amount. Now you have to take into consideration that I am going on the VERY, VERY conservative side. I am NOT including a foreclosure that was partly my fault for being too anxious to move into a new home that deep inside I knew I could not afford--even though they projected my income [an income that never materialized or existed--that I knew of]. I am NOT including several firms I paid to try to stave off foreclosure. I figure these funds are just water under the bridge. I am also not including a rare book that someone stole from me: An Original signed copy of ``In The Life,'' By Author == Activist-- And Close Friend Joseph Beam, that I loaned to someone I had trusted and they never returned it. I am NOT including The cost of therapy which has been a bargain and which has paid off in enormous dividends in the Positive Way I am able to inteface with people; support myself emotionally; maintain a Positive Attitude; survive hardship; keep family-ties strong; and take care of my basic needs even during hard times. I am also not including the Fantastic Art Work of my dear and loving sister: Mrs. Claudia Aziza Gibson Hunter, that was left by me--foolishly--in my home in New Castle, Delaware when I was foreclosed on. I am not including these things because I give them Spiritually to the Lord because He or She didn't have to let me live a single Day past my actual birth. He or She didn't have to let me fix a good breakfast this morning and avoid eating too much fat. He or She didn't have to allow me to have a few fresh vegetables in the house to fix for breakfast this morning and tofu and a little oil to cook them in that I didn't even know I had. I LOVe the Lord and ALL the Good and Positive thins He or She Represents. I am ever so thankful and that is what helps me realize I need to pay homage to the Lord and I do so with that other claim. For I often have no money to give to my CHURCH and I am deeply thankful for having a church to go to that accepts me for the Way I am--not an easy thing to do.
Here is how I figured OUT my REPARATIONS fee:
I make **$1,176. a month on disability. I don't want to be on Disability. I want to work at the job I love--advocating for Black people; POOR People; The Disadvantaged; Gay and Lesbian and Transgendered People--mostly people of color; The Disenfranchised of every color in the Rainbow--including WHITE people who need REPARATIONS also [Read more of what I said about REPARATIONS on this BLOG]. I also LOVe to advocate for Women and Women's issues; for the Disabled and for The Environment.
I read on the Net that the average annual salary for a person with a college degree [I have a college degree] is about $56,664 a year. I knocked that down to $46,651 because I DO NOT have a technical degree which pays more.
I took $14,112 which is my my annual salary and subtracted it from the $46,651 which is what I am supposed to have made and went back only 17 years--which is when I left my job at TV Guide Magazine. That would leave me with $32,539 a year for each of those years which is the difference between the $14,112 a year which I actually make and the $46,651 which I am suppose to make. The $32,539 is the annual difference. $32,539 is the amount I should get retroactively for 17 years which works out to $553,163 in REPARATIONS for Me: Brother Tracy Gibson. That is as honest and forthright as I can be with the knowledge of reality as I know it right here today--the 12th of April, 2013.
**NOTE: I took two dollars OFF my current monthly salary to make it $1,176 to make it Spiritually connect with our Philadelphia 76ers because I think they are a group of Great Guys--Fine Young Men-- and the only team in Philadelphia that has any sense of real team companionship, dedication and authenticity about themselves. I feel they haven't just Sold Out like the other teams, in my estimation, have....

March 23rd, 2013 [Saturday]
From Brother Tracy Gibson, Founder, President and CEO OF: Brother Tracy Gibson and Associates, Inc. [Parent Company; Incorporated in December of 2006].
As An Activist: I Have Over the Last Three Weeks!
1: Posted The Gibson Principles for The Progressive Development of Africa on Facebook.
2: Wrote About 10 movie Reviews of Old and New Films and sent them to Loyal Friends and Associates. [This is to help readers differentiate good movies from bad and help with their own more in-depth, critical analysis of film.
3: Visited The Academy of Natural Sciences at 19th and The Parkway for Article Research, education and inspiration...
4: Wrote several articles to help move our people forward by opening minds and informing people on several social, economic and political issues. These issues include [but are not limited to]: anti-gun violence legislation; eating correctly for proper nutrition and health; The Rights of Black Gays and Black Lesbians; Job Creation for the Black Community; The Rights of Black Youth and Black Children; The Rights of Black Women; and how to stabilize the Black family socially and economically through doable means, even if you are poor or disenfranchised or down trodden….
5: Sent Two Publishing Agents detailed letters about the two books I am Publishing soon.
6: Wrote a Special formal Open Letter to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer [From California] to have Her and other Progressive Senate members advocate for a Black Woman on the Supreme Court. Sent that letter to the U.S. Attorney General. [Recently added the name of Sitting Congress Woman Barbara Lee—from California-- as the First Black Woman on the Supreme Court.]
7: I have sent A Letter to the Mayor of Philadelphia’s Chief of Staff, Attorney Everett Gillison, about Our Security Team and how we can keep costs down while creating as many new jobs as possible in the Black community of Philadelphia.
8: Sent Several Promotions out about the BLACK MILLIONAIRE’S NETWORK, which was devised three years ago to help put as many Black people as possible on sure financial footing through work on increasing credit ratings; supporting Neighborhood, regional and National Black Businesses; creating local networks of friends and Associates to support one another [through reading books on related subjects, sending positive e-mails, planning group discussions and seminars, etc.]; preparing to purchase homes for living in and for investment; and putting members in touch with professional Black financial people who can help in a multitude of Ways…. We are also planning a newsletter ``Truth Be Told’’… To be published soon…
9: Sent Several Promotions and accesses out for my log [which is: http://ThePoliticsofReal.Blogspot.Com.] [Presently I have had over 7,400 visitors to my Blog over the last two years, according to Google. There are over 315 articles on pertinent subjects [mostly political and economic] and many relevant ads on My Blog.]
10: We Donated $10 to Emily’s List to help more Sensitive, Progressive Democratic Women get elected to both Houses of Congress and Governorships; [We have advocated that Emily’s List themselves be more inclusive and forthcoming of Black Women candidates in their selection of what candidates to support for public office..
11: We Wrote a Letter to The Barnes Foundation of Philadelphia and Attorney Michael Coard’s ATAC [Avenging the Ancestor’s Coalition] to help spark more truth and knowledge about The Barnes Foundation. This was to help establish the truth about their History and generate more honest and authentic support for them from the Black community instead of on-going resentment and misinformation coming from the community right now.
12] Updated my Personal and Business goals for the next 24 months.
13] I wrote a letter to the Mayor Of Philadelphia, Mayor Michael Nutter, asking that His Honor look into why there aren’t more open artistically enriching events in Our Fair City from the Chinese and Asian Communities. More people want to understand these communities instead of just feel exploited by them economically.
14] I attend church regularly and effectively network with Black churches...
15] We have continued boycotting McDonalds with the MOVE Organization [A Progress report has been filed with Pam Africa and Ramona Africa on Wednesday, March 6th, 2013.]
16] Wrote an important article on Non-violence to begin to put the finishing touches on my book: ``Writing in Wet Cement.’’
17] Sent the letter I wrote to Disney Studio’s about generating support from the Nation’s major studios to have Black and Latin men and women sell videos legitimately provided by the studios, in the communities. This would cut back on boot-leg video sales and provide legitimate jobs for Black and Latin men and women.
18] Sent [and will re-send a more current letter] to Our Nation’s oil companies to have them hire Black and Latin youth over the summer months who can work at the companies such as BP, Exxon/Mobile, Getty, Texaco, Citgo, etc., as cleaning people, car repair people, and at the gas pump. These jobs are to be provided by private industry and NOT just be minor, minimum wage jobs, but positions where the youth can learn management skills, how to think positively, take on responsibility and treat people with respect. There MUST be orientation and lectures throughout the summer to go along with the jobs to be provided by such groups as the Urban league, OIC, etc. [Such jobs MUST also be provided in mostly White areas of the country if they are also low-income or impoverished and in upper-income and middle income areas if the companies so desire. The goal is to help find viable jobs for our young people of legal working age and all races to help stem crime and give young people something constructive to do besides make trouble and get into mischief.
19] Sent a Letter and a report on 3-21-2013 to Congressman Chaka Fattah about how to systematically improve the Prison –Industrial Complex through separation of inmates based on behavior patterns; and about how best to examine and take action on lowering rates in Federal prisons for hiv.
20] Wrote a letter on 3-21-2013 to Food and Drug Administration about instability of clearly defined and detectable levels of sodium in certain spaghetti sauce [apparently McCutcheon’s bottled marinara sauce, as mentioned in a March 2013 issue of Cooking Light Magazine fluctuates in the level of sodium in the same sauce over time. ] There is no government program to randomly audit such sauces to determine if sodium levels are stable in ALL batches. I also asked if any given company could target higher levels of sodium in certain batches for certain ethnic neighborhoods for whatever reason.
21] I wrote a letter to Mayor Michael Nutter of Philadelphia around 13th of March, 2013 to ask why there aren’t more culturally rich experiences in Philadelphia centered on Asian culture: dance, Music, Theater, Film—that are open to the general public. [There is an abundance of Asian Restaurants, especially in China Town and in Black Communities, but few other types of artistic experiences.]
22] I decided to join the Asian Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia as a support and sharing mechanism as soon as I’m financially able.
23] I sent an e-mail to cousin Iola Harper about Her joining a Corporate Board of Director’s after I attended a press Conference in City Hall hosted by Council Woman Blondell Reynolds Brown [and attended by Jannie Blackwell and other important and award-winning business women] that concerned itself with just that issue. [I am scheduled to write up an article about the event for my corporations.].
24] I attended a demonstration on the 14th of March, 2013 to speak out for the City Union District Council 33, getting a new contract with the city who has been criticized for not agreeing in good faith to a new contract. I officially testified for a measure in City Council for more sick leave and supported the Union.
25] Wrote some new poems and articles
26] I could NOT find the letter I wrote to the Jamaican Government about working with them on improving their relations with the international Gay and Lesbian Community and how, through that process, to raise their level or tourism. [I wanted to send President Obama a copy.]

arrested development...
International Black Activist Arrested:
My Arrest… And What You Can Help Me DO About It…
By Brother Tracy Gibson…
If you thought it was safe and legal to sit in 30th Street Station for a few moments while you take a breather before you get on your Way to the Public Library, you would be , apparently, sadly mistaken. This writer, international activist, businessman and scholar was arrested for ``defiant trespassing'' at Philadelphia's 30th Street Train Station after stating that I had no reason to buy a train ticket because I was on the way to the Public Library. I was just resting on my way to the library. {I often do this and had no problem before. I take a walk Down Town sometimes to help with weight loss and exercise, like our First Lady, Michelle Obama, wants us to do and has asked us to do more of...}
I was detained as the two officers in question {Am track Police Officer BUi Badge # 311 and Am track Police Officer Steckler Badge # 379} took me into custody. Officer BUi, who was small in stature and of Asian descent, took a harmless ink pen from me and broke it in half, destroying it as I attempted to take down their names and badge numbers. I was NEVER read any Miranda Rights, but was taken in a back Am track room and handcuffed at the ankle and at the back of my body at my hands. The citation says it was 9:25 A.M. on November 10, 2012 when I was arrested, but the clock said about 9:55 A.M., as far as I can remember.
I am to appear in court on November 13th, Tuesday, at 2 P.M. in Courtroom 404CJC; 1301 Filbert Street.
The trial is Wednesday November 28th, 2012 in Court Room B03 at 1301 Filbert Street.. at 11:30 A.M.
I was detained for an hour as the Officers did their paperwork--finding no prior arrest record. I was finally given a court date and released. I was escorted OUT of the 30th Street Train Station at the far left side of the 29th Street exit. I walked the rest of the Way to the Logan/Parkway Library at 21st and the Parkway.
The citation / complaint said I was sleeping in the station.
I will call my lawyer when I get home, and or e-mail Him or Her here on the Library computers. I would venture to guess that such arrests are made as part of the Patriot Act II that none of us want to take the time to look into and find out exactly what rights and civil liberties have been erased and or taken away from us with the passage of such laws. I do NOT want those officers to lose their jobs, but I will be taking on consideration of legal action against Am track....
Preparing a Defense:
THIS STATEMENT WILL BE SENT TO THE NAACP LEGAL DEFENSE FUND.....and The American Civil Liberties Union … OTHER ACTIVISTS, BLACK AND WHITE, AND MY SENATOR AND CONGRESSMAN [Rep. Chaka Fattah; Senator Robert Casey]... I have hired a lawyer named Daniel Conner of 5015 German Town Avenue: Phone: 1.215.849.54.14. I could use your donations to help defray the cost of legal assistance. You can send donations to:
The Black Millionaire’s Network
Brother Tracy Gibson,
Founder and President
Post Office Box 42878
Philadelphia, Penn 19101
Or you can call me at: 1.215.471.64.94
Note: The Black Millionaire's Network is NOT a group of millionaires, but is a group of ordinary, extraordinary people, mostly Black, who want to move ahead with their financial plans by being more thrifty, financially responsible, saving money for positive use in the future, improving their credit ratings, and preparing to go into entrepreneurship as effectively and quickly as possible to bring on a day of Bright Hope for our community.
XXXXX
My defense:
1] Please see charges on Citation.
2] There are no visible signs saying that 30th Street Station is NOT a Public Place as the Am Track Officers said.
3] I was told it was NOT a Public Place and that I had to MOVE on.
4] I fell asleep for about one minute.
5] I had no money to make a purchase as the Officers had required and requested to supposedly stay in 30th Street Station.
6] What about People who have no money, As I didn’t that Day {Nov. 10th} This is Blatant Discrimination Against the poor and the homeless.
7] I am an advocate for better and proper education for Poor, Black and Latin children and people.
8] I am also a human Rights Advocate and an advocate for Gay Marriage Rights and the rights of the HIV Positive.
9] I am an active social activist; writer; and promoter {I had an event coming up on the 26th of December that now has to be moved to March 23rd, 2012 because of the time I had to spend preparing to defend myself for this incident and generating money for the legal cost involved….
10] On November 10th I had over $100.00 worth of books in order at the Bookstore at 30th Street Station’s bookstore, which I totally plan to pick up when I get the funds….
11] I also have a SEPTA Transpass for the month of November, 2012 that I had on me when I was arrested. {Which is good to use for many Am Track trains especially the regional rail lines and the train to the Airport.}
12] I was NEVER read my Miranda Rights when I was arrested.
13] I have never been arrested before in all my 35 years as an activist…
14] Please see the story I wrote {above} about my arrest.
15] If there are any excess funds left over from my defense, they will be used for my activism projects, which includes my advocacy of Gay marriage and other Gay rights as well as advocating for HIV Positive people. If you don’t want to support any of these issues PLEASE DO NOT FINANCIALLY SUPPORT MY LEGAL DEFENSE!!
SOME OF THE ISSUES I HAVE BEEN AN ADVOCATE FOR INCLUDE THESE ITEMS… [I GENERALLY SEND OUT ABOUT 30 PERSONAL LETTERS A WEEK ON A HOST OF ISSUES] INCLUDING:
*Putting a Black woman on the Supreme Court [Clarence Thomas does NOT represent Black people. He represents the conservative, right wing element in our country. We have had no Black Representation on the High Court Since Thurgood Marshal Left the Court in October of 1991.]
* According to a reliable source, a Letter I wrote to the State Department, the President and the United Nations and the government of Iran’s U.N. Mission was partially responsible for the release by Iran of the recent political prisoners who were caught on Iranian ground while lost during hiking.
* I have attended meetings to advocate for better fairer treatment of our poor, Black and Latin children by the School District of Philadelphia and better public schools in general…
* I have completed a 676 page manuscript of a book entitled: ``A Grass-Roots Criteria for Liberation: Writing in Wet Cement.’’ This particular book is dedicated towards building better ethical and moral values in our Black youth; educating them and the rest of the Black community on political, economic and social issues; and restoring traditional values to our neighborhoods, but in an up-beat and contemporary Way.
* I have advocated for the decent and humane treatment of the common man and the common woman, poor, disabled, gay and lesbian, and homeless people in a multitude of ways including going to demonstrations and support group meetings; and by providing funds for and or sharing information about various groups concerned with same such issues such as The Human Rights Watch; Blacks Educating Blacks About Sexual Health Issues; The National Minority Aids Council; Corporate Accountability International; Adodi Philadelphia and Adodi National; The Friends of Somafco [which does support work for South African youth and students and once ran a school in South Africa while I was on the Board [my tenure ran for eight years]; I also served on the Board of The African American Freedom and Reconstruction League {which does grass-roots work for African Americans in need in Philadelphia, holds an annual benefit banquet to respect our living ancestors who are politically active in the community, and helps tutor and act as a force of encouragement for our Black youth [they were formulated after the Million Man March in Washington, D.C. in 1996]….

My Arrest… And What You Can Help Me DO About It…
By Brother Tracy Gibson…
If you thought it was safe and legal to sit in 30th Street Station for a few moments while you take a breather before you get on your Way to the Public Library, you would be , apparently, sadly mistaken. This writer, international activist, businessman and scholar was arrested for ``defiant trespassing'' at Philadelphia's 30th Street Train Station after stating that I had no reason to buy a train ticket because I was on the way to the Public Library. I was just resting on my way to the library. {I often do this and had no problem before. I take a walk Down Town sometimes to help with weight loss and exercise, like our First Lady, Michelle Obama, wants us to do and has asked us to do more of...}
I was detained as the two officers in question {Am track Police Officer BUi Badge # 311 and Am track Police Officer Steckler Badge # 379} took me into custody.

Irresponsible....
I have asked some of you to take heed the call and get yourself together before you have a real problem like a heart attack or a stroke. If you smoke there are ALL types of assistance to get you to understand the importance of quitting and how to quit. MAKE IT A PRIORITY!!!! I am dealing with my own ``FAT'' issues and how being overweight has a devastating impact on one's health. I have asked some of you to go for regular and consistent walks in our city, but you think ``everything is OK.'' I'm here to tell you today that everything is NOT OK. I have a few articles on this BLOG about what to eat to lose weight and stay healthy AND IN SHAPE. [Some of my writing on this particular subject were inspired by the book How to Eat to Live, by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who founded the Black Muslim Movement. ] You apparently don't read my BLOG. I'll be sending you personal letters. You may think this is none of my business or my concern, but I have to tell you, as a friend, and as a tax-paying North American, it is my business. I'll be the one footing your bills if you end up having to have heart surgery, knee surgery or treatment for a stroke. We all, including you, have to take on more responsibility about our [and your] weight and staying in shape to control the exploding costs of health care, medical care, medicines, prescriptions and continuing care as we get older. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! The First Lady isn't playing around like you seem to be doing. I have lost about 37 pounds [and put a bit back on], but you can really eat well and eat healthy if you know what you are doing. For starters, stay out of McDonald's!!!! Just look for the alternatives to McDonald's [there are articles on this Blog about finding alternaties to MCDonalds]; the What to Eat and What NOT to Eat article wioll help; and the avoiding cancer through diet articles on my blog also. You will discover a new and healthier Way to eat that doesn't really require drastic changes and that will have great results over time. I hope you will heed these articles and give me a call. I'm still available to take solid Walks in the morning. I am talking to my friends of ALL races, especially you T.S. and especially those Big Women at my Church AS Well as the Big Men--at the Unity Fellowship Christ Church of Philadelphia at 55 North Broad Street. Let's get real and get with it.... There is a lot of sickness that can be avoided if we get real and take HEED about diet and nutrition!!! [By the Way, I need you to join my blog as a supporter if you are enjoying the articles on a regular basis. This will help with marketing and outreach.] From: Brother Tracy Gibson...
