When you really do, LOVe Black People that is, you LOVe the ones who are critical of you because you know they only want to see you do better; you LOVe even the ones who are fat because you know they can get back to a healthy weight; you LOVe the ones who are scary because even thought you no longer want them around you because they need help and are NOT getting it; you LOVe the ones who are retarded because that is how they are and they can't help it and you know GOD LOVes them anyway so why shouldn't you; you LOVe the ones who are all high and mighty because they are too ``good'' to admit their faults, but you LOVe them anyway because they may well be serving as GOOD role models for our People when they don't even know it; you LOVe the ones who remind you of your parents and other relatives because they bring forth sparks of ole good times and warm memories, but they don't even know it; you LOVe the ones you are actually related to even though they rarely call and never stop over because they have their own families and don't have time, but you have your own friends and are busy as Well, so you don't blame them--but LOVe them instead; you LOVe the ones who taught you in High School and College because you still have all the memories and some of that valuable knowledge; you LOVe the ones who have taken the time to teach and educate our community on a political and economic tip, because even though sometimes they don't make much money, they are of great value to our community and give us a sense of PRIDE and Dignity; you LOVe the ones who are a bit mad or even crazy because you know it may WELL not be their fault, but the fault of this crazy system we all live under as we try to understand it and survive it and flourish in and with and through it--a feat that is NOT EASY.. That is what BLACK LOVe is all about.....
