What to Eat to Avoid Cancer and Live a Healthy Life...

Stay OUT of the Fast Food Joints... Such as McDonald's, Pop Eye's Chicken, KFC, Burger King, Golden Bird, Churches,  and Wendy's.... If you have to eat at a Fast Food place, use a vegetarian place or a place that serves salads.  Worse come to Worse, use ``Sub Way and get a veggie hoagie, with honey mustard sauce instead of mayo. DO NOT USE MAYONNAISE.... Do not eat lunch meats with pork in them. Order a veggie delight or a veggie hoggie on wheat or rye or oat bread. {These are my personal suggestions}.....

Read the book: `` Foods That Combat Cancer:

The Nutritional Way to Wellness''

By Maggie Greenwood-Robinson, Ph. D.

Using this book as a resource I found that it is best to:

* Use Olive Oil instead of  butter or margarine....

* Avoid Red Meat...

* Avoid other fats in foods such as ice cream {Eat frozen yogurt instead}

* Broil or Bake your foods instead of frying them in vegetable oils, butter or lard.

* Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly.

*Eat Plenty of Brussels Sprouts.

*Cut back of Fried Chicken and French Fries.

*Watch intake of foods such as White breads, White Rice, White Potatoes and sugar cookies or any kind of cake that includes White Flour or butter and sugar.

*Eat plenty of Fiber foods such as whole grains, brown rice and such.

* Snack on fruits, dried fruits and nuts as well as and raw vegetables.

*Eat extra fiber foods for cereal in the morning.

 * Other Foods to eat: red-beans, black beans, soaked fresh or in cans. Kellogg Raisin Bran, Shredded Wheat, Dried Pears, raw blueberries, dried Figs, Avocados, All-Brand with fiber or extra fiber, {Kellogg...}... Please read the other article on this Blog about eating better under ``What to Eat and What NOT to Eat.....''  If you DO eat some of the ``Forbidden Foods'' please eat them in moderation.  What you do can actually cut down on the cost of health care for the entire Nation and for you as a consumer of Health Care and especially as a small business owner.
